Below are the aspects that make up the reason for Scamp.
- The beginning
- It will be autonomous.
- There will be wifi communication with the local network.
- A Web based 'Command Centre' will be able to direct Scamp and receive feedback via wifi
- Onboard control of Scamp will be performed by a collection of microprossors, each with it's own role.
- Obstacle sensing and avoidance will be via suitable sensors.
- Scamp will map out it's environment and store the information in it's own local database.
- It will be capable of speech.
- There will be an attached video camera that can stream video via wifi
